Delivery Terms and Information

FREE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS OVER £50 MINIMUM SPEND

STANDARD POSTAGE WITHIN MAINLAND UK IS £4.95. SORRY WE DO NOT SHIP TO ADDRESSES IN NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS OR THE CHANNEL ISLANDS.  PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PRICES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Please find our shipping details below. All shipping weights are shown on the product pages on the website.  

• - Larger items(over 1kg) will be shipped via courier at the standard courier shipping rate.  
•  - Small parcels are sent with either Royal Mail or Evri or Yodel  on a 48hr tracked service.
• - Shipping times given are after despatch of the order, not the day of placing.
• - Small parcel are the following size - Max L 45cm. x W 35cm. x D 16cm
• We also offer a Courier Express Service upon request which is for next day dispatch of your order if placed before 1pm ( Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) for a additional  fee. Please contact us before ordering to obtain a shipping quote
• Deliveries to EU countries - We do not deliver outside of the UK

Products made in house will be shipped by ourselves

Products made by our dropshipping partner business will be shipped by them directly via Couriers APC or Yodel.

 We aim for 2-3 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 3-4 working days,

Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch. ( please bear in mind there may be a slight delay with Royal Mail due to any postal strikes) so please allow upto 7 working days for delivery.

 For UK courier orders we use Parcel Force and the courier APC when your order is despatched  you will receive an automatic despatch email and tracking details.

Orders sent via the postal service (small parcel) are sent with either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Whistl (if purchasing from our dropshipping partner) , You will receive a tracking number in the dispatch email, however this is only a partially tracked service.

We aim for 2-3 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 5 working days,

For orders placed after 4.30pm, the working day commences at 8am the next day.

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK

Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery so that we can quote for delivery costs.
